    Deadlifting and Back issue

    ok now i've been deadlifting the past 5 months and just a few weeks ago i was deadlifting and i felt my lower back and i could tell that the left side was bigger then my right. My back feels fine when i'm deadlifting, but Like a dum noob my girp was left hand under grip and right hand over grip for the frist 2 months, then the past3 months just did both over hand grips. Now could this be why my back is uneven or doesn't it matter with the style of grip i use? Could it also be my genetics?

    I wouldn't worry about it. Keep gaining.

    really shouldnt matter which grip youre using too much.

    i'll help ya out dude, make sure you alternate your grip every other set. This should even things out and help improve your forearms.

    Alternate every other set like Arnoldsclone said.
