    Band tension

    Today I used bands for the first time with my squat. I noticed on the bottom, there was little to no tension. Should there be more?

    Yes there should be tension at the bottom.

    Should the bands be relatively tight at the bottom?

    Sure, if you want them to be. What's the point of using them if there's no tension?
