    Face Pulls Muahaha!!!!

    I just wanted to say thanks for posting the pic and info about face pulls as i have never felt a rear delt exercise that works this well in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Boxing/ working out 5 days a week!

    Former fatass- whent from 302lbs to 207 lbs rippling 05-06

    I just started doing them last week. Wish I wouldve done them a long time ago.
