could someone enlighten me on the different types of dead lifts and how to do them?
also what is a hack squat? or rack pulls?
sorry for all the stupid questions...but when i search i just get a bunch of abbreviations that don't mean anything to me.
one more thing, my back squat is relatively weak compared to my dead lift, as in, i can do 305 x5 and its the same intensity as 255 x5.. and i do all my lifts without belts or anything. and i have a feeling that its my lower back holding me back because it feels like my lower back is under alot of stress. i know i have the squat technique down correctly too...
i used to be able to squat way more but i used a belt so it was way different.
