Big problem with bulk, Help please!!

Alright i started my bulk about a month and a half ago. Im noticing big strength and size gains but it seems like all the fat is going straight to my neck chin area. Where i used to have a defined jaw line is now a seameless transition. Please help i want to continue my bulk but i want to lose all the fat on my face.

    start: 120
    now: 130
i lift every other day usually and dont do any cardio.

Should i start adding cardio in, will that burn the fat off my face? Should i eat less calories?

please help my parents said they are noticing fat around my neck.

first one is before bulk, second one is currently relaxed.
third one is with my chin pressed against me neck.

I'm the same mate ... I seem to get it more fat on my stomach and fat/neck first.

It's prob something you are gonna have to deal with. Either that or bulk a little slower so that the fat gains are lower aswell.

Your face doesnt look very fat. How old are you?

There's nothing wrong with throwing in some cardio with your weightlifting. In fact, it will probably help you in the long run (look up 'nutrition partitioning').

You will have to compensate with more calories added to your diet though.

while this is a good idea, it would be more efficient to count macros.

Cardio will not help you lose fat in one specific area.

Cut for a week? To lose pounds from your face?

Are you kidding? You are tiny... Don't worry about it.

i know im tiny, but there is no way in hell i want any more fat on my face. Its gross and im losing my well defined features. I dont want to turn into dreamer just because im bulking. But honestly if i cut for a week would i lose some weight on my face? then restart doing a slow bulk?

I think i started to fast.

Be careful when 'cutting'. If you simply cut fat for a week, you really won't notice much of a difference. Also, if you become totally obsessed about cutting fat, you may lose some muscle too and end up right back where you started.

If you work out three times a week, eat heavy and lift heavy on those days. On your off days, cut back the calories while still eating clean food. Try this for a month or so and check out the results. It may be a good idea to take a before and after picture, as well as weighing yourself every week. Good luck.

Cutting for a week won't do anything.. Chances are all that will happen is you'll drop some water weight.

If you're concerned about your face getting fat then don't bulk... Just stay at the same weight and hope for some improvement...

I don't think you had "well defined features" in the first place... You just look like you're 12 years old. You've got a baby face either way. At least if you're gaining weight your arms won't be the size of a baby's too.

    Well what do you want?!

I see no difference in the photos other than in the first your face is at an angle to the camera and the photo is taken from above and the second and third are straight on but from below and you're trying to make your chin look fat.

Either gain weight or don't. You can't help where it will go and you can't "cut for a week" to lose fat from your face.

Just get some whey and make your own weight gainers... A blender, some whey, peanut butter, ice cream, milk, olive oil, oats... It's much cheaper and can be much healthier...

Don't worry man.. people say the same thing to me "you're getting fatter"..
But they've no clue what you're trying to do it's a temporary sacrifice, you'll be cutting eventually anyway - it's Well worth it.

well man, it's like this... it is possible that you are predisposed to some degree to hold the first fat your body puts on under the chin. it may simply be a fact about your body that you have to learn to live with. possibility?

don't worry about it man. I have the same facial structure and get tons of chicks. Plus, look at the guy on scrubs. he gets tons of ass too. Gain strength for your own reasons not to gain confidence. Get confident and no damn face fat will get in your way.

don't bother with that junk. eat real food if at all possible. slow down your bulk, you're still very young. if you gain at a reasonable rate, you won't have to worry about bulking/cutting in cycles. Just keep growing, keep lifting, and gradually pack that muscle on. Don't worry about your face and neck for now. If it's still a concern 40 pounds from now, then consider doing something about it.

If you want to get bigger your gonna have to eat eat eat.
When you eat eat eat, you will put on some fat! Grin and bare it Your slim to start with so maybe thats plus.
I am a medium/large build and bulking has been a battle for me. I have put on fat but have gained lots of good mass and when i cut slowly will look alot better.
Everyone above has gave you advice, use this and work hard. Forget about the fat,Eat and train.
Train, train hard.Eat,eat lots and sleep even more.
