Alright i started my bulk about a month and a half ago. Im noticing big strength and size gains but it seems like all the fat is going straight to my neck chin area. Where i used to have a defined jaw line is now a seameless transition. Please help i want to continue my bulk but i want to lose all the fat on my face.
i lift every other day usually and dont do any cardio.
Should i start adding cardio in, will that burn the fat off my face? Should i eat less calories?
please help my parents said they are noticing fat around my neck.
