i am sorry if this topic has been discussed but i tried the search feature and for some reason my computer will not bring up the results. i am trying to find out if waiting until you get done with cardio to take protein/creatine or does it need to be taken directly after lifting weights. does the time lapse effect it much?
Would also be interested in this. I am tempted from time to time to hit the cardio after lifting but don't know want to wait to long for my post workout nutrition.

I try to get protein in right after I workout, but not sure it matters much as long as your getting enough. Take 5g creatine daily, at any time of the day.
If I took it after lifting and then went to do cardio right after, I'd probably throw up.
