I love naps. Unfortunately, I never have time for them during the week when I really need them. Days that start at 6:30am and end at 9pm really suck ass.
If one person can do something, anyone can learn to do it.
Do what you've always done and get what you've always gotten.
There is no failure, only feedback.

If I take a nap, then I end up staying up till like 3 or 4 am.. Then I end up sleeping half the next day. Like now, I need to get my sleep hours back in order, so Ill stay up 24hrs straight so I can get to bed at a decent hour the following night.

Unfortunately I find myself not sleeping so naps have become more and more frequent. For some reason I feel like I get no sleep at all at night. I'll lay down and I guess I must fall asleep but then I'll open my eyes after about an hour of sleep and feel like I haven't slept and that I'm still wide awake. It's strange.

Do you understand that the second you
look in the mirror and you're happy with
what you see, baby, you just
lost the battle!
I would love to nap but this country's culture doesn't really have room for a nap.
Back hom everything is closed from 1-4, its official nap time.

Being a strong teenager means nothing.
My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.
Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
The problem with having a nap is when you wake up in the early evening, you're tired, you don't know what time or day it is, and you're dehydrated.
