    water weight

    OMG on my four day trip to montreal I lost 15lbs of weight! would that be all water for sure? i really hope it doesn't screw up my lifts for monday!

    15 pounds is a lot of water in 4 days.

    When I have gotten sick in the past I've lost around 10 lbs or so...

    You'll most likely gain all the weight back within a couple of days.

    Some of it was water....definitely. But don't worry about it bro. You'll be fine. Hell, I got the flu during my 2nd cycle and lost 8 lbs in 3 days! and I still gained it all back.
