Hey guys, i am on the WBB1 routine, but have been doing it monday-friday or saturday. In the beginning i was making gains pretty good, but gains have slowed, id say its because im working too much. However, i dunno what it is but i have to be in the gym 5-6 days a week. are there any routines out there that would go monday-friday or saturday? or any way to modify this to make it work better for this length of time? any ideas or suggestions welcome.
