Hey guys, i am on the WBB1 routine, but have been doing it monday-friday or saturday. In the beginning i was making gains pretty good, but gains have slowed, id say its because im working too much. However, i dunno what it is but i have to be in the gym 5-6 days a week. are there any routines out there that would go monday-friday or saturday? or any way to modify this to make it work better for this length of time? any ideas or suggestions welcome.
Get a hobby.
Alternatively, you could do shorter workouts more often.
What makes you think you need to train more often?
What do you mean by 'gains have slowed'? Are you 220 pounds, or 160 pounds?
Squats work better than supplements.

I would really like to have a definite answer to this question. I've asked many times, only to be answered with sarcastic responses and/or people suggesting things I can do in my spare time.
If you are doing a split, is it okay to lift 5-6-even 7 days a week? Say, if I do upper back and bi's on Monday and then not again until Thursday. Whats wrong with this, as long as you aren't working the same muscles every day?
