    How do you guys targer the upper abs to develop them?

    Im having trouble developing my upper abs

    As you can see they are really small compared to the others..
    What are some ab workout that focus more on the upper abs?
    weight---> 165
    Height---> 6'01
    Goal-->Reach 200 pounds
    Squat - N/A
    bench: N/A
    I had to accept I was being a pussy and now I am gaining weight.

    from everything I've read crunches target the upper abs the most..... try em with weight on your chest.

    You can't isolate your abs, you can only make them bigger as a whole. If you're already doing weighted crunches, try adding more weight.

    You can't, so we don't.

    Diet makes them show, if that's what you are after.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Height: 6' weight:197
    BF%: ~12%?

    bench: 280 x 1
    squat: 370 x 1
    dead: 360 x 1

    goal: 225 @ < 10% bodyfat

    i think your the first person to complain that your upper abs aren't as good as your lower. genetics, your abs already look great, just keep doing what you've been doin.
