I was thinking of implementing this into my day three of the bgb routine.
I would do my normal back routine, then move on to shoulders. I would do a military press, and a barbell upright row, and then move onto this:
What do you think? Is this guy out of his mind? should I just keep in simple? or is this a good idea?
