Hey guys, just wondering how fast you can progress on legs? i had an injury, and just started to really do legs in my workout. i was doing hack squats for a month, and just started regular squats tonight. i did 135, with my butt almost to the floor for 8 reps. i was pretty tired after this, maybe could have put on more weight, but i did 2 sets like this. it felt pretty pathetic compared to my other lifts. how fast can i expect to go up in weight on an exercise like this?
