I'm trying wbb2 right now and I'm finishing the workout in about a half hour, if that. The wbb3 routine looks to be about the same. Are these to be extrapolated into a 45-60 minute workout? Maybe I'm not resting enough.
Secondly, it doesn't seem like enough lifting. Are these routines actually helping to gain? I know that nutrition is a big part, but is this workout really enough to bring gains if you bring on the calories?
