    wbb 2 & 3. will these be enough?

    I'm trying wbb2 right now and I'm finishing the workout in about a half hour, if that. The wbb3 routine looks to be about the same. Are these to be extrapolated into a 45-60 minute workout? Maybe I'm not resting enough.

    Secondly, it doesn't seem like enough lifting. Are these routines actually helping to gain? I know that nutrition is a big part, but is this workout really enough to bring gains if you bring on the calories?

    if the weight is heavy enough I don't see the issue. Balls to the wall.

    I did 1.1, but I liked 2 because of the "push/pull" workouts. I suppose I'll go back to 1.1 for now. Just seems like there should be an extra set in wbb2.
