So, I'm entering my third week of olympic-style lifting and have had success with squats, deadlifts, OH presses, and benching. I've been incorporating core and ab work, but looking for some more exercises. I'd consider my core fairly weak, so I'm sure anything will help. What do you guys do?
A sample of what I've been doing:
Russian twists w/ ball
...What else is there?
just do dec weighted crunches
hehe, well then...try v-ups, double crunches, floor wipers, leg lifts and bicycle crunch, if you dont know what they are, look em up. especially floor wipers-real killers
Bird dog (Half bird, half dog!)
Basically an exercise I used the first week I was getting started and have continued through....but now it's super easy.
