    i really focused on my shoulder seeing if I could spot some problems, none were found.

    50 minutes on the stair climber 817 calories my legs were shaking and I was tired so I stopped instead of doing the full 60

    got in a pseudo argument with this chick I know who has been running for less than a year, I really want to punch her in the face almost every day, and I don't know how to get her to leave me alone, anyway she does shit bc that's what the scientific papers say with studies on real athletes. I didn't have the desire to tell her she wasn't an athlete or anywhere near her genetic potential for any physical activity and didn't need to worry about anything any of those articles said bc I could piss on her and she'd get better at anything. Next I'll hear about how she sucks because thats just the way she's built.

    I just don't fucking care, stop telling me how I should do anything. I am currently better than her at everything. And I will be for the foreseeable future. I was running 18 miles easy before she knew what running was, now I deadlift and squat more than her then run farther and faster than her with 50 pounds on my back and still recover enough to work out the next day. You can take your scientist and blow them out of your ass. Instead of saying any of that I just said it was for the best that she follow what these athletes do in these scientific papers. I don't think she caught what I meant by that though. Enough ranting for me, I'm just going to tell her to shut the fuck up next time.

    My left leg is marginally weaker than my right leg, this is good to know. These were not difficult nor easy, I'm just staying light on the accessory work until I'm back to eating normally.

    Went for cardio but I felt like shit so I skipped, ended up going to mcD's and ordering 6 cheeseburgers and eating them all on the ride home. I felt amazing afterwards. Clearly something, like carbs and fat, are missing from my diet.

    104g fat (+4 probably more given the unknown amount of tzatiki sauce I ate)

    1800 calories came from the cheeseburgers, 72g fat, 198g carbs, 90g protein. The rest from 2 pounds of tzatiki covered chicken boobs.

    Only cardio today, no lifting, and of course cardio this weekend bc I missed yesterday.

    weighed in at 263, my face and jawline are more defined, less skin to grab on my legs, gut is still about the same size but should start shrinking in the next 2 weeks which will motivate the hell out of me.

    LOL good one, mostly about nutrient timing and how everyone should eat right after they work out for optimal results. She works at NIH tending to cancerous mice, so I suspect the zeal of being a new athlete plus having the background of working with some of the most nonathletic people on the planet sort of gets to her head.

    haha, yes, sure would be nice if she'd keep it to herself though. I've got about 10 years of doing athletic stuff under my belt, I don't really want respect, mostly bc I'm not interested in telling people how to work out, I just want to be left alone to keep on keepin' on. Besides, whatever I'm doing seems to be working, so why would I listen to her? sigh...

    60 minutes cardio 900ish calories. yadda yadda looking so thinnnnnn might just blow away, 263lbs still.

    Tomorrow will end week 2, if I can keep this pace I'll be shredded by week 12, but I don't care if I am, just as long as the trend continues

    Food for yesterday consisted of 1 lb of tzatiki covered chicken boobies, 1 box of tgi friday's brand chedder cheese jalapeno poppers serving of results and then 2 scoops of nitrean+. ~200g protein. The rest, whatever. Eating is hard. Eating more than I usually do to lose weight is just weird.

    Also my arms are huge, my shoulders looks nice too. As the water weight melts away seems like my chest lags, but I think that's genetics, and I dont know for sure, my tit fat isn't gone yet.

    Edit: forgot, n00dz this weekend, keep your eyes peeled. I was tempted to scrap the idea but it holds me accountable to be less of a fat fuck and more of a freak. My desire is to do monthly photo shoots of my sexy bod and see the progress as I inch my way to 10% body fat.

    28 minutes on the shitfest stationary bike then 21 minutes on the stair climber. Burned more calories in the first 10 minutes of stair climbing than in all my time biking. I'm liking this, I lose weight in funny places so other fat places look more exaggerated and it pisses me off in the morning when I check out my sexy bod in the mirror, which in turn motivates me to lose more fatty bits. Job interview next friday. I hope I get it. Like the ranger up team says, worst than having no job, is having a job you hate.

    I felt I had at least 2 or 3 in the tank for my 335 set but my upper body is weak. I need to start supplementing with ab work and upper back work next 5/3/1 cycle.

    50 miuntes on the stair climber level 9 legs were exhausted. Triceps are more defined, hooray.

    Yep, I'm so glad I decided to go with chemical engineering and not sociology. Got 1 job offer, another interview on friday, I hope I get that job and now I have leverage. Sweet page, Im gonna read it this weekend.

    60 minutes stair climber no lifting buddy's house got robbed. It was a lolerbery. He has a $1200 race bike (pedals not motor) and an ipad 2 and they left that and stole 3 broken laptops and a $300 tv. So he wins.

    hmm, didn't get the job, I was supposed to interview 4 people over the course of 2 hours, sat with the fat man, he went to the HR manager said I didn't have enough experience, HR manager said fat man told him I didn't haven't enough experience so they sent me on my way. You'd think they'd check that shit out before wasting my time. Murder should be legal in instances such as these, or at least torture.

    Why yes I wanted to drive an hour out of my way and tell two other companies to wait a week and half just so I could be told something they should have figured out, oh I don't know, 2 weeks ago right about the time they were about to pick up the phone to call me. Anyway off to the gym. Fuck this, I'm feeling rampage-y. I hope someone talks to me at the gym. I'm gonna have fun.

    Running 6mph 30 minutes

    I'm throwing out the bench press and doing 2 press days. Volume and then max day, I want to get my press up past 225 and my bench has stalled so pressing only. Upper back feels completely blasted front squats will be irritating today.

    Front squats were easy peasy worked up to a set of 325x3 each rep the weight left my shoulders enough to notice it plopping back down, so my explosiveness is increasing out of the hole.
