I was having some sharp back pains recently right in the center to upper part of my back. It wasn't a shooting pain it just hurt when i was in a certain position. I believe it was caused by the work i was doing the week before. This lasted for about a week so i decided to take the week off from lifting. I finally get back to lifting and i feel great the whole week. Sunday morning i wake up and i'm sitting at the table eating breakfast and all of the sudden i start to get the sharp back pain again and again it last for about and week and then started going away. I know this probably isn't enough info for you guys but do you think i should take more time off from lifting or just do certain light excersises.
