    I did a rack pull with 855 lbs!

    I pulled it from just above the knees.


    By the way, why can I not get the embed feature to work? I paste the link between the tabs and I get an outline of the video screen but no video?

    I can't bench **** due to a shoulder injury. My incline dumbbell is pretty good.

    I feel your pain Im around 385-405 raw I guess. I get allot of carry over out of the shirt it kinda masks my shoulder problem. I will say this cycle my raw is getting up ther but Im doing allot more prehab/rehab work to.

    Once again helluva pull!!!
