I did a rack pull with 855 lbs!

I pulled it from just above the knees.

By the way, why can I not get the embed feature to work? I paste the link between the tabs and I get an outline of the video screen but no video?

Nice pull. It looked really scary when you unloaded the weight on the rack, thought some where gonna bounce right off.

I can't bench **** due to a shoulder injury. My incline dumbbell is pretty good.

Maybe you need to try a shirt
Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

Agreed, I'll have to watch it at home too. Except my computer is on the fritz, so it might be awhile.
