Wouldn't this question mean a lot more if it were asked as a comparison to a more general lift... such as the standard deadlift?
    DL 650x1 (raw)
    SQ 479x1 (raw), 700x1(suit+briefs)
BP 395x1 (raw), 457x1 (single ply)

    Why does it matter?

I've done 285 or more for reps. I usually keep it in the range of 255-265 for 3 sets of 8 at the moment.

I think the most I've used is around 150-160kg for sets of 10. I only use SLDL as accessory work after heavy squats though...

Why so shy guys? Who cares what his intentions are... Maybe he just wants to know how he compares to some of the lifters on here because he thinks he has a strong SLDL.

If you didn't want to put up a number you didn't have to post in here.

    Shy? No.

I simply asked why because if he wanted to compare his numbers to random people on a board, then well, what's the point?

My current working is 275 x 8 x 2 sets. It seems to be getting stronger by 10 pounds each week, but it'll probably be flattening out pretty soon. Going for that ghetto booty.
