just do situps and hang on to some weights while u do them
Just do weighted crunches twice a week.
Also, what exactly are your goals? If your goal is a six pack that will mainly come from low body fat percentage.
my goal is a biiiig 6 pack.. im 5'7 and 132... I want to look big.. i know i have to eat and stuff haha
