The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Chest Question

OK, I am trying to find some good chest exercises to really get that line in my chest to stand out. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    I'd say.
But feel free to check the journals. It would be also useful, If you'd tell us something about yourself. Say, how long have you been working out, weight, etc...

Right now this is my chest workout:

    Incline DB 3x10-12
    Flat DB 3-4x10
    Incline DB Fly 3x15
    Cables 3x12(every other workout)

It's a fairly good workout but I am just having a lot of trouble really isolating the upper chest.

Wrong thing to say here man.

Just a warning: there isnt a way to isolate any part of the chest.

    it's so easy.....but no comment

Try to do between 6 and 10 reps, if you have to pass 10 to get to failure that's fine, just remember you need more weight next time.

Also I've found that finishing every chest workout with cable crossovers really helps.
