    One week or two?

    Right now I cannot workout due to illness. Its been six days since I last did a full workout. My questions is, does anyone know for certain how long it takes to lose that srength? I have heard people say one week and others two.
    Not for self, but for others

    Bench Press: 270 Squat: 250 Dead Lift: 365

    dont lift until you are better and you will be fine.
