For me it's gotta be pizza. Hands down. But since I got on my workout routine and eating super healthy about one month ago I have turned down free pizza numerous times, cake, ice cream etc etc. I find it feels good to say no after a while and that you are only doing ourselves a favor by not giving in. I want a killer mucle-bound body wiht a low BF% by next summer and when I see these tempting non-health foods laying around I now instantly recoginize them as the enemy in me reaching my goals. I almost say "**** you, get the hell out of my sight!" to that food in my mind as soon as I see it.
