    Quick Gains

I've recently been experiencing very quick gains on my bench press, it's been going up around 5kg a day, for the last 4 days, now i can lift 95kg instead of 75kg! maybe this is due to natural growth as i get older (16 in march) either that or the protein i bought is working very well!

Thats good than you have been experiencing fast gains. Most of it is probably due to noob gains that will taper off as you lift more.

I hope when you say "the last 4 days" that means the last 4 days you did bench press, and wasn't 4 days in a row.

Unless you're using Nitrean, it wasn't the protein.

I think we have different senses of humor. I said that tongue in cheek. Nitrean is bomb though.

I've read that noob gains are largely attributed to neural adapation - so that could explain your progress if you've only been lifting for a few weeks/months.

If we could all add 5 kgs a day based on steadily and consistantly building muscle through good training, most people on these boards would be benching a metric ton by now.
