    Looking for an article on diet...

    I believe it was on t-nation but I can't seem to find it. It's about all the stupid rumors about dieting and how people think they need to eat nothing to lose weight. I remember it had an example of two women in a coffee shop talking about eating cheesecake while the author listened in horror.
