What gains should I expect in a month?

How much more should I expect to weigh in a month considering my body type?

I have packed on 5lb in the past 2 weeks but I dont know if its fat or muscle. (I ate ALOT and lifted constantly)

Is 7LB per month a realistic goal?

    900 lbs....

we can't tell you what to expect to gain, everyones different. Yes 7 lbs is realistic if you're eatting over maintanence but there's a good chance it wont be all muscle unless you're riding noob gains.

just remember to eat alot....even if you're full but it still feels like you could eat a banana or whatever then do it, constantly stay full. also don't excercise more than 45 minutes, if you do it can deny your good muscle gains.

also stay active (like kicking a ball outside or whatever) or you might just get fat

you should aim for 1-1.5lbs per week if your trying to stay fairly lean while putting on weight. At your weight though, I'd say just eat......alot.....and don't worry soo much about the minor stuff right now.

at your size you should be in chronological order:

    eat
    eat
    eat
    eat
    s**t
    eat
    eat
    lift heavy
    eat
    sleep

At 120lbs, you have a long way to go dude. I would say you can jump 20lbs or more in a month until you hit the 150's.
