eating some kashi protein cereal as we speak.

definitely not the best stuff i've ever had, but not as bad as I thought it would be.

gotta go in early to work today so i'll have to get creative with lunch.

BCorn: Thanks for checking out my journal! Last night was the first time I had done preacher's in awhile and they felt really good! I've been using the strawberry nitrean--but I think I prefer the chocolate now--man it's tasty stuff!

anyway, off to class for a math test, wish me luck.

Cirino83: thanks for checking out my journal!

I base my workouts around the WBB #1 routine. The V squat is just a machine version of a regular squat that I use at my gym, I just figured i'd use the name of the machine, which is v-squat .

had a relaxing weekend, back on it tonight with chest/tri's.
