Way to many sets for each exercise, it has some decent exercises but your body would get tired real fast puttin up with that routine, you dont need to put your body through all that to see results

is that 1.5 years? that ain't nearly enough experience to be making your own routines. stick to the premade

if had done the routines you would not have made such a crappy routine.

    read the website please

What do you define "completion" as?

    Dumbbell Kickbacks 3 Sets x 8 Reps
No...just no. Stop doing these for the rest of your life.

It sounds like you already know what you want to do, so just do it. I would say you need to completely redo the leg day because it sucks, take out leg curls, extensions, and leg press and replace with some better lifts. Try front squats and lunges, and put squats first in the workout. Leg curls and extensions really have no place in any decent routine if you want to be serious. If you just want to throw them in there so you can say you lift legs then go ahead, but you and I both know it's a waste of time.
