I have been working out on and off for about 10 years, but have been going at it seriously for about 2 years or so.

The thing is, there are a lot of exercises that I just don't know the names of that I would like to start doing, and getting the best form possible (I have no ego, I want to avoid injury) and get really strong lifting weights the right way.


Plus, I don't work out with anyone, so I want to work out without depending on anyone.

Please, hook me up with some links, some titles, and if I can find these vids used off Amazon that would be awesome.
