I tried doing some squats with lite weight(about 60lbs) and all went well. I did 3 sets of 60lbs 15 reps each.
I wont go any higher untill I get a squat rack. Or Ill keep doing the same weight until I et a rack. But it did feel good. I kept my head up and my back straight.
Ooops yes.. I kept my knees about shoulder width as well.
that's a start...perfect your form then increase your weight.
form > big weight
EDIT: I have fair form and move pussy weight.
