Currently following HCT-12 and approaching my 5th week which i intended to deload.. However i got a cold and have not been weightlifting for the past 3 days in order to recover quickly. Shall i still continue and deload even though i will have probably skipped a whole week or just continue the cluster training? Also to add should i keep all exercises the same during the deload?
