i don't know guys whats wrong with my body i have being lifting now for 1 and half years
my food intake is massive my workouts last 1 to 1and half hours 5 days a week look in saying that my weight has gone from 85kilo to 99 kilo my chest has grown but my arms seem to be lagging behind
a friend of mine does the same workout as me and got double the results but I'm pushing more weights then him
any advise what be good

My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

^ I agree. The worst thing is to compare yourself to somebody else. My friends chest has gotten a lot bigger than mine since we both started working out but my legs seem to have come through more. Never compare yourself to others. However, if you have stopped gaining i agree with everyone...EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT!
Well you've gained over 30lbs. That's nothing to sneeze at. You need to eat more if you want to gain faster than that.

Don't worry about it... I've gained nearly 50lbs in the last year and my arms have only grown about 1.5 inch (if that)

However, everyone is correct in that u need to eat more if u want to gain more.

OK this is my workout
i was doing 5days a week for the past 12months and thought maybe im over doing it.
i haven't work out my calories yet but this is what I'm eating
630am whey shake,1and half cups of oats with a banana
then go for a 30min power walk
come back and do my workout,straight after workout i have another shake with some bacca then i shower up and then have cup of rice mixed in with 8egg whites 2 yolks and and 50grams chicken breast and some broccoli
11am either a peanut butter sandwich wholemeal bread or chicken and lettuce
130pm chicken breast,vegies or salad brown rice
4pm cup of oats hand full of nuts and some fruit
63opm steak veggies or salad or chicken breast
930pm bowl of cottage cheese and before bed another shake and some bacca
and I'm 37 and 186cm in height
thanks guys forgot to mention spending 6 to 7 times a day in the toilet some times i cant walk lol

Have you considered changing your program? You know, new exercises, new rep set up, new weight. I was stuck for about 5 weeks until I changed my program. After that I got huge gains. Huge gains = 100+ added to my combination in 4 weeks.
Two days for a tiny muscles like the biceps?
Shoulders get hit twice; another small muscle.
However, the two largest muscle groups are hit only once (back and legs).
Not exactly a recipe for success.
