    Good 4 channel amps

finally getting around to hooking up my 6x9's and 5 1/4's to their own amp at some point. Any of you know who makes a good 4 channel amp?

I've actually heard Fosgate overheat pretty easily. Not sure though.

PPI, Soundstream, Alpine V12, Pioneer, any of those will be fine.

    RF sucks.

A little overpriced, but better than RF.

RF SUCKS.. I hate how they have a good reputation. 3 of my friends have had faulty RF amps. Yeah, kenwood is pricey, but they're good quality. My subs are running on a 600W jensen right now, that's workin good, but I don't like the newer designs on the jensens..might see if crutchfield has any of the old 75x4 jensens...if not that a pioneer maybe

I wouldn't buy from Crutchfield, way overpriced. Might try to find wholesale markets in your area (or flea markets).

I've got some about 30 minutes away where you can buy brand new stereo equipment for $100+ off everything.

yah, I hit an AWESOME sale at crutchfield a couple times. Polk DX 12 inch subs, buy one get one free. And EX series buy one get one half off. Now I go to pricewatch type sites and get most things half price. I got 256 megs of RAM, and a 450 dollar digital camera for about 300 bucks around xmas time
