I hope my small handful of loyal thread repliers didn't miss me too much. Skiing was fun, but now its time to hit the weights again.
I did a full body workout today to make up for Friday's and yesterday's session, but respected the ME leg day today...
ME LEG/ FULL BODY DAY
LOW BOX SQUATS (the "box" was a rubber 45, a rubber 25, and a metal 35, so it came a few inches above my ankles... not a true ATG, but I'm not sure if anyone here can do one, what with our massive hammies and all...)
WARM UP, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1x2
155x6, 185x10, 195x5
135x5, 165x5, 185x5
OH DB PRESS
HAM GLUTE RAISE
DB JM PRESS (not the right name, but similar...like a DB french press... I saw them in a westside vid)
30x10 (around there, they were till about failure)
40x10 (once again, around there, till failure)
Some stuff was supersetted, but all in all it was a pretty good day. The squats were low, though they probably weren't true box squats, because I never loosened my hip flexors)
