ok well im 6'2, 17 years old and i weigh 275lbs.
ive been working out in the gym for almost a year now.
im definitely a lot better off than when is started.
my upper body has toned up a little and isnt that bad.
but i wanna cut down A LOT.
im not THE FAT KID haha, i love working out.
i can bench about 265.. i dont really squat or deadlift
8;50am - frosted flakes:
3;30pm - breaded chicken patty sandwhich:
6:30,7pm - 2 chicken fajitas
off to gym
back from gym
protein shake - 30 protein
9pm-ish -- frosted flakes
so altogether im taking in about
so now the question is: whats the problem? ive been eating like this for a long time.. never cut and dont really gain a lot of weight.
also, am i eating to late in the day? working out too late also?
i think i should be taking in more protein.. and i dont know why im not losing weight with 1750 cals every day.
im also in the gym 5 days a week
i usually start with 10 minutes of cardio.. lift for about an hour.. and then another 10 minutes of cardio.
any tips there also?
ive been looking into hydroxycut hardcore and some muscle mass stacks.
