    Need Lifestyle Direction Help

ok well im 6'2, 17 years old and i weigh 275lbs.

ive been working out in the gym for almost a year now.
im definitely a lot better off than when is started.
my upper body has toned up a little and isnt that bad.
but i wanna cut down A LOT.
im not THE FAT KID haha, i love working out.
i can bench about 265.. i dont really squat or deadlift

    my intake.

    8;50am - frosted flakes:
    150 cals
    27 carbs
    9 protein

3;30pm - breaded chicken patty sandwhich:
    650 cals
    75 carbs
    31 protein

    6:30,7pm - 2 chicken fajitas
    600 cals
    53 carbs
    36 protein

    off to gym

    back from gym
    protein shake - 30 protein

    9pm-ish -- frosted flakes
    150 cals
    27 carbs
    9 protein

so altogether im taking in about
    1750 cals
    208 carbs
    122 protein

so now the question is: whats the problem? ive been eating like this for a long time.. never cut and dont really gain a lot of weight.

also, am i eating to late in the day? working out too late also?

i think i should be taking in more protein.. and i dont know why im not losing weight with 1750 cals every day.

im also in the gym 5 days a week
i usually start with 10 minutes of cardio.. lift for about an hour.. and then another 10 minutes of cardio.

    any tips there also?
ive been looking into hydroxycut hardcore and some muscle mass stacks.
    tips there too please

i know this is a lot of stuff, but thanks in advance

well at least you are in the gym.. thats a good start.

from the looks of it you need to eat more.. i know you want to lose more but, just trust deeder he knows what he's talkin about.

also, a bowl of froster flakes before bed? not a good idea.. maybe a shake.

you have to be starving with those eating times lol

check out www.fitday.com to keep an eye on what you eat too..

also read this to understand dieting better..

I'm no expert on cutting but first thing I would do is change Frosted Flakes to some kind of sugar free whole grain cereal. Especially if your eating it twice a day.

lol everyone hatin on my frosted flakes.
    maybe ill try cheerios.

and im on fitday.. just started

yah my eating times are kinda bad... im in school from 9-3;30 and im usually too busy at lunch to think about food so i just skip it. i think ill start bringing a protein bar for lunch.

yeah i was looking up some stuff and i guess eating that low of calories makes my metabolism slower.

thanks for the help so far guys

    yeah no skipping meals either!!

you'll find that even though you eat a little bit more.. you will still lose weight because your workouts will get better. and instead of cereal, can you eat eggs or something? cereal is ok but you need to up your protein alot.

I doubt your calorie count is accurate. Are you actually eating dry 1/2 cup servings of frosted flakes? Most people I know fill a bowl up and cover it in milk. That 150 cals is probably more like 600 per bowl.

Aint gonna make much difference from a "cutting" standpoint if that bowl has frosted flakes or cheerios in it.

That is, unless Unreal's assumption is correct. Then it would kinda depend on
    the amount.

But, it would be beneficial of you to include some better options when it comes to food.

But in all seriousness, 1750 cals is less than my girlfriend ate today and she is well over 100 pounds less than you.

    You most likely need more.

Oh, and meal frequency pretty much means dick, unless you are one to have problems controling appetite, which you cleary do not.
