    A chest that doesnt fill in the middle

    Im curious to know if any of you guys have good looking chests even with a large separation? Mine isnt very big but more than average. I know all I can do is keep eating to get it bigger and hopefully help fill up the space.

    Yeah it kinda seems like chest muscles dont look great untill you really get some decent size on them.

    yeh with time and the more size you put on it should fill out push as heavy as you can to build!

    Chest look much better and more defined with lower bf IMO.

    Check out the pictures in my journal. In the second one from the bottom, you can see that the origin of my pecs on the sternum isn't a straight line. It widens up at the bottom. I'm just gonna keep trying to eat and grow... but it does suck.
