    Pissed about 2nite. Just felt way off. Shirt didnt feel right, tried new grip placement, trying to squeeze my traps together. a lota things diff tonight but just felt off.

    Did Squats off a 14in Box, 2-3in below my paralell. All lifts had the blue band (290lb at top) and 200lbs of chains.

    1st few sets felt off, form was all over the place. By 5th set was in my groove. Need to get used to squating with straps up b4 the meet which is n 5wks.

And Dane keep up the good work, u keep me on the run to stay one rep ahead of u. I cant let u out lift me in all 3lifts lol.

    690x0 (Long story short I went to deep in suit threw me for a ride. I dumped the weight, I fell backwards knees shot out forwards. When it was all over with me n my back spotter were on the ground along with the weight. He caught the bar in his arms fukd his arms up (sorry Jesse) All 3 spotters tried to grab it but I couldnt stay under the bar. FUKN PISSED OFF NOW!!!!!!!! Will suit test again on tues. Last time b4 the meet. Did 750 2months ago but with just the suit no briefs, thinking this might be to much gear for me so soon.

    Ya ive only tried the 2 together one other time but off a box and once i set on the box didnt move lol. I think i need to loosen the straps. I think its just binding up on me or sumtn.
