All I did was add 2 protein shakes at 56 grams a piece and another can of tuna and 10 grams of creatine monohydrate to gatorade after i lift......oh i forgot i started babygotback then too(routine rocks built!)

C'mon let's here other peoples true life outrageous claims......

    I once gained 2lbs in a week.

That's about as fast as I've gone.
    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

The key to my exercise program is this one simple truth: I hate my body.

It's about 3 lbs. a week. Factor in water gains and all and it's not that far fetched.
