    Deer

    Ok in short my girlfriends dad killed a deer recently and made a load of deer jerky and also my family has deer stew and deer sausage. Anyone got some good info on this since it's kinda rare. Where are all the diet and nutrition guru's *cough built cough*
    January 07-164 pounds
    *Bulking*
    Deccember 07 - 225 pounds

    June 08 - 205
    *Currently Cutting*
    Goal-190

    November 08-238 pounds

    This is according to CalorieKing but who knows if it's correct.

    22 - 5'10@236lbs!
    Bench - 325 (old)
    Squat - 455x2 (old)
    Deadlift - 500(old)

    Total: 1280lbs 100% raw

    idk if thats right...but it does say raw..so just becareful how you cook it and i think it looks like a great food.

    180 calories 18 grams of protein per 4 oz, no fat if you had a decent butcher.
