Well... turns out the bastards want me to be a 94 for a while and not a 105.
The 105 is heavily dominated by aniter lifter, and the 94s are a much ore competetive class that would give me a much better experience.
Basically I need to go from 230 to 206 in 6 weeks, prefferably less so I don't have to dry out before weighing in.
For the most part I am thinking very very low carb diet.
6 meals a day, protein and healthy fats.
Staples will include
brocolli and other fibre filled veggies
Fish and fish.
Just wanted to hear general opinions on reaching a lean 200 in 6 weeks, I will be tracking diet down to the dot and am shooting for 2200 and less a day.
Buil and anyone else?
