here's the deal. I lifted weights for about 10 months but then i got off track for about 3 months or so. I've been back in it now for about 3 1/2 months. I do bulk lifting with lots of weight and low reps and I take in my body weight in protein everyday (147grams a day) I have noticed a gain in muscle size, but I really want to pour it on and gain as much mass as possible in the next 4 1/2 weeks. Any response about lifting programs or nutrition will be greatly appreciated
Thats the best advice anyone can give you.
Also, make sure you arent overtraining.
Push the envelope/Watch it bend.
To add to what Jell999 said, patience. Don't expect huge gains in 4 1/2 weeks.
...it's more friendly for trainers to say, "yeah, we can help you tone up!" rather than saying, "yeah, we can help you get rid of that fat ass!"
eat, lift, sleep, do that and mass will come
