    3 months prep for contest..

    1.It's been 3 weeks since i started to cut back on calories and eating healthier.plus doing cardio..the competition is an online teen bodybuilding which will feature some of the best (in my opinion) I've chosen to compete in the 16-18 Heavyweight level.

    2.After a great bulk to from 165 to 210lb at a bf of around 15-17%, im on the quest to lower it to 7-8% by JUNE (comp. month)...Its going to take alot of heart and determination of which i got!

    3.I might change my routine a bit during these coming weeks to spice things up. Plus watch that diet xtra carefully to see im getting enough of what i need.

    Ah, well im going to post my up-to-date diet when i have time..

    ::: please note, im not posting for anyone..just to help me self, if anyone has any advice please go right ahead and say what you please..but i sometimes might go CRAZY like you saw above..its just my way of getting psychotic...:::

    a normal day:::

    supplements:
    glutamine (current)
    whey protein (current)
    mult-vita. (current)
    zma --> when ever i have xtra $$..

    5:55am --> 5g of glutamine
    6am --> cardio (3x a week for 45minutes, speed walking)
    7:05 --> 5g of glutamine
    7:15am -->2 (64 g of protein) cans of tuna w/ 40g worth of carbs from rice
    12:30pm -->ham (32g of protein) w/ bread (30g of carbs)
    3:30pm--> 2 (64 g of protein) cans of tuna w/ 40g worth of carbs from rice w/ one serving of olive oil.
    6:00pm --> whey protein w/milk (30g of protein) w/ honey (60g f carbs)
    6:30pm --> 2 cans of tuna (alone, a bit of oilive oil)
    8:00pm --> ham or other low fat meat (chicken)
    10:00pm --> 1 tuna can alone
    ------------5g of glutamine b4 bed.

    total:

    protein: 316g
    carbs: 160-170g
    fat: going to count!


    p.s, i sometimes change rice for oatmeal or cereal or even veggies, all on the day!
