    My 10lbs in 3 months

    Here's the routine I'm gonna go with:

    Day 1: chest,triceps
    Day 2: Legs
    Day 3: abs and rest
    Day 4: back, biceps
    Day 5: Traps, shoulders


    My meal plan is a combination of ones I saw on this site, it proves to be very useful guys thanks.

    Meal 1 9:00
    -3 eggs
    -orange juice
    -2 pieces of wheat toast

    Meal 2:
    -tuna on 2 pieces of wheat bread
    -oatmeal
    -10 g of whey

    Meal 3:
    -Chicken breast
    -oatmeal
    -fruit of some kind
    -10g of whey

    Meal 4:
    -sandwhich, roastbeef/turkey/ham on -2 pieces of wheat
    -10g of whey

    Meal 5:
    -tuna on 2 pieces of wheat
    -10g whey

    Meal 6:
    -steak/hamburger
    -rice/potatoe
    -10g of whey

    Meal 7:
    -salmon
    -weight gainer shake(1/2 dosage)

    Meal 8:
    -snack
    -30g of whey

    I plan on drinking milk or water with every meal, oj with breakfast. What do you guys think?

    My goal is to basically put on lean muscle, and a little fat, get my bench up to 250 and gain around 4lbs a month.

    no no there is a rest day in there, most likely between day 2 and 3, depending on how I feel.

    diet went pretty good today, 3 eggs for breakfast and toast, oatlmeal and tuna, chicken breast, I am now frying some salmon on the george foreman. rest day today. fell asleep around 1, woke up at 9
