right now im cutting for a show in a couple weeks, and latly i have these insane hunger eurges at night. My cutting diet is doing so well, but its just at night im so hungry.
Should i just ignore it the best i can or WHAT should i eat.
Anyone else have this problem when cutting?????????
eat some green veggies, drink TONS (1 gallon AT THE MIN) of water

I'm the same way man. I have a hard time falling asleep when my stomach is rumbling. During the day it's easy to stick to a diet but at night is when you test your willpower.
Try the greens idea with a TON of water. I usually have a salad with romain lettuce, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice with a little parmesan cheese on top.
Get some diet Coke and drink a pint of it. Bloates u to hell.
