    Should I force feed if I am not hungry?

    It is time for my 2nd meal of the day right now, but I am not hungry. Its been 3 hours since my last meal, but I dont think I could eat 8oz of chicken and some peanuts right now. Should i wait, or should I force feed myself?

    I'd just say wait a little bit... are you on a cutting diet?

    I agree with ElPietro, eat before you feel hungry, even on a cutting diet.
    Make time to eat!

    I vote for the "wait a bit" advice . . .

    Seems like your body is content for the moment, just don't wait until you're starving before feeding yourself. (no need to fill-up if the tank is still full)

    I get similar instances infrequently and given another 30 minutes to an hour my body is telling me its time to eat again.

    Could be less activity, caffeine, stress or something else is blocking those hunger signals from the brain.

    In my experience they usually return with a bang !

    i think that it is least complicated just to keep the food moving regularly and eat anyway.
    I could wait all day after breakfast otherwise until I eat again.

    Yeah, I'd say then just eat. It could be from the fat you had in your last meal. But on a low carb cutting diet you need to have that protein and fat in your body to keep running.
