    how to cut

    im starting to see some flab lol so i wana start cutting, but ive never done it so can some1 tell me wat to do

    Read the stickies first of all... Second, you need to give A LOT more info if you really want some feedback.

    Bodyweight, bodyfat %, lifting routine, daily caloritic intake and macronutrient breakdown would all be nice
    Full Powerlifting
    Squat - 595lbs -- 270kg -- Dec. 31, '09 (Provincial Record @100kg class)
    Bench - 374lbs -- 170kg -- Dec 20, '08 (@100kg class)
    Dead - 589lbs -- 267.5kg -- Dec 20, '08 (Provincial Record @100kg class)
    Total: 1537lbs -- 697.5kg -- Dec 20, '08 (Provincial Record @ 100kg class)
    Bench Only -- 358lbs -- 162.5kg -- Nov. 25, '07 (Provincial Record @ 90kg class)
    Bench Only -- 376lbs -- 171kg -- Jan. 26, '08 (Provincial Record @ 100kg class)

    Step 1. Go to McDonalds
    Step 2. Order a double cheeseburger
    Step 3. Pay for aforementioned cheeseburger
    Step 4. Unwrap cheeseburger
    Step 5. Put cheeseburger on head
    Step 6. Wear cheeseburger until thin
    Step 7. Repeat Step 1-6 if cheeseburger gets lost or eaten
    PRs: 655/525/645 = 1825 Total
