    Question about WBB 1

    When it says 6-8 reps, does that mean I do 6 reps, or 8 reps? Or does it mean that I aim for 8 reps and stop at 8 reps, but lower the weight if I get less than 6? Or does it mean that I pick a number between 6 to 8 and do that many reps?

    Try to get 8. If you get more than 8 add weight, if you get fewer than 6 reduced the weight.

    it means 6 to 8 reps, i sometimes do 10-12 reps of some of the exercises because i am not ready to move up in lbs , so i do it in reps
