    im doin rippetoes starting strength program and was wondering when i should do cardio work, and if there was any assistance work i could do when i go in for abs and cardio. Also for some reason i cant squat worth a **** can anyone provide a legit instructional video

    quick question(not trying to hijack thread)
    my freind has been lfiting for four years but never anyhting like 3x5 he only did 3x8-12 or around there. would this be a good workout for him? it says begginers but he never has done low reps liek this. wil he stil make decent gains?
