The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

In need of a wrist brace

    Hi guys,
I damaged some cartilage in my right wrist and its healing far too slowly for me to keep waiting on it. I'm in need of a good wrist brace without a metal insert in the palm so I can do pressing movements without problem. What do you guys recommend?

    Thanks!

What about a tight wrist wrap? Try APT - great products and fast service.

Are wrist straps going to limit my range of motion and provide support to my wrist?

A tight one will - the convict pros are very stiff and would give alot of support.

Their 65 dollars! I didn't want to spend that much! Do you have any other recommendations?

    How about something like this.
I'm a poor college student who has a high tuition to pay. I cant really afford to purchase 65 dollar wrist straps when much cheaper products are available. I realize its probably not as good as the straps you recommended but that 40 dollar difference can buy food for 2 weeks.

How about some Metal wrist wraps?

They are cheaper than the ones mentioned above and are very stiff and cast like when you get them on tight.

Not sure where you saw that - they are $13.95. Here is the link:

HAHA! Brilliant! Then those are cheaper than the metal ones I suggested.

I found them here. But I didn't read the page because I now see that the 65 dollars is for a set of 4.
