    Exercise website

Hey guys, helping my girlfriend start working out, and trying to find a website that I have come across before.

It shows the human body in the anatomical position, and you can click on each body part, and then it shows a whole bunch of exercises and pictures on how to do them. I have searched but with no avail,

    Regards,

I think the one you saw was from Ball State, but I can't find it at the moment

Send her to my blog for training and diet info if you like.

Thanks - the blog has a good summary of information that can help her, but that Ball State site was a really great resource. I wonder why they took it down?
