could anybody give me a list of the best compound lifts? im workin a a routine for comign up spring/summer whenever.
also power clean, chins, and push press

Sounds like a rough routine. I know compounds take a lot out of me. Still love them and swear by them but doing every compound known to man sounds like torture.
Weight 180lbs Goal 200lbs by 06/01/08
Bench 150x6 Goal 200
Squats 165x5 Goal 250
Deadlift 205x6 Goal 300

squat, bench, deads, cleans, GMs and shoulder presses - but I have to say I like RockSteady's answer.
no offense man, but it seems like you are making a new routine fairly often. why aren't you sticking to one?
whoa no i am, im still doing the same routine. i just like to have another one ready for when i switch off...
