    hey umm..

    could anybody give me a list of the best compound lifts? im workin a a routine for comign up spring/summer whenever.

    Torrok... Do you think you know enough to make your own routine? You dont even know what the most important exercises are.

    squat, deadlift, military press, bench press(and all variations), pull ups, rows, dips, rack pulls......

    lol yes i do. i just want to make sure i dont miss any, its a very..umm..unique routine, so i need a big list of compounds

    Sounds like a rough routine. I know compounds take a lot out of me. Still love them and swear by them but doing every compound known to man sounds like torture.

    squat, bench, deads, cleans, GMs and shoulder presses - but I have to say I like RockSteady's answer.

    no offense man, but it seems like you are making a new routine fairly often. why aren't you sticking to one?

    whoa no i am, im still doing the same routine. i just like to have another one ready for when i switch off...
